My Experience As a Tribe Member: Social Media Intern Laura Pulgarin

The Tribe
Published
31 Mar 2016

At the end of 2015, I was looking for a chance to improve and expand my current social media skills. This spring I had the wonderful opportunity to work as a Social Media Intern at Tribu. I have to admit the team was extremely welcoming and genuinely supportive throughout the entire initial process, which made it very easy to fit in.

As a Tribe member, I get to learn something new every day. As a Tribu intern, I have the opportunity to learn about clients in different industries, while developing a unique set of skills in distinctive marketing areas. Although my internship was specifically focused on social media, the team cared enough to expand my duties to work on SEO, engagement and conversion as well.

In case you are not familiar with Tribu, let me tell you few things I learned about the digital marketing and design agency. The Tribe is composed of young and talented professionals who are always looking for new and creative ways to make things happen. Since day one, the staff has made me feel like I was part of the tribe and wanted me to get the best out of this internship experience. As a full-time student living in another city, my schedule was pretty tight, but at Tribu, I was able to organize my schedule to meet all my academic demands.

I would summarize this internship as a learning and incredibly fun experience. Each tribe member taught me something different – the tribe was always willing to share their experiences and knowledge.

So if you are looking for a unique workplace where you can interact with others and learn about the latest marketing trends (while having fun, of course), Tribu is the place to be. If you are an innovative thinker who appreciates functional design and digital marketing, you will be a perfect addition to the Tribe.

I highly encourage you to apply for Tribu’s summer internship program.

Sincerely,

Laura Pulgarin
