Digital Marketing Strategist
More About The Role
About the Role:
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, creativity, analytics, and problem-solving.
You’ll help lead digital growth efforts for multiple brands across paid media, SEO, content strategy, email marketing, conversion optimization, reporting, and campaign ideation.
Some days you’ll be optimizing campaigns. Other days you’ll be solving bigger-picture business problems with the team.
This is not an entry-level coordination role.
We are looking for someone with judgment. Someone who can think independently, identify opportunities, connect dots, ask smart questions, and improve the quality of thinking inside our digital department.
If your ideal workday is waiting to be told exactly what to do, this role is probably not for you.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Build and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email, SEO, and organic channels
- Analyze campaign performance and identify meaningful opportunities for growth, not just surface-level metrics
- Translate business goals into strategic marketing actions
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming, strategy, and campaign planning sessions
- Write and refine messaging, ad copy, campaign concepts, and content direction
- Use AI tools intelligently to improve efficiency, ideation, research, and execution quality
- Collaborate with designers, developers, PMs, and strategists to launch effective campaigns
- Help identify what is actually moving results for partners and double down on it
- Own work with accountability and follow-through
- Continuously learn. The digital landscape changes constantly, and we expect our team to evolve with it
YWhat We’re Looking For
- You naturally think beyond the task itself
- You ask “why?” before executing
- You can balance creativity with performance thinking
- You are resourceful and proactive
- You can learn quickly without needing constant hand-holding
- You care deeply about quality
- You understand that marketing is part psychology, part strategy, part execution
- You can communicate clearly and confidently with both teammates and partners
- You enjoy solving problems, not just completing assignments
Experience We’d Like to See
- 3+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Experience managing campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of paid media, analytics, SEO fundamentals, and conversion thinking
- Strong writing ability and communication skills
- Comfort moving between B2B and B2C brands
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing workflows
- Agency experience is a plus, but not required
Bonus Points
- Strong strategic instincts
- Excellent copywriting ability
- CRO experience
- Email/lifecycle marketing experience
- Ability to present ideas confidently in meetings
- Experience balancing multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
What Will Make Someone Successful Here
- Curious
- Accountable
- Fast learners
- Emotionally intelligent
- Courageous thinkers
- High ownership people
- Obsessed with improving
- Energized by building great work with other talented people
We care less about checking every software box and more about whether you can think, adapt, learn, and contribute meaningful value to the Tribe.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Hybrid flexibility
- Paid holidays and PTO
- Ongoing training and development
- A highly collaborative, creative, and strategic environment
- A culture that values boldness, integrity, empathy, trust, and respect
