Purpose of the Role

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of partner accounts, ensuring that Tribu delivers exceptional service and results to our partners. This role focuses on advocating for our partners, meticulously managing projects through Paymo, and aligning our services with both Tribu's goals and our partners' business objectives. The PM embodies our commitment to doing what's best for Tribu and our partners by promoting innovative designs, marketing strategies, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Task Management- Create tasks, assign deadlines, and allocate resources in collaboration with account leads. Gather "what needs to be done" from subject matter experts to achieve partners' desired outcomes.
Time Management- Act as the manager of time within the project, ensuring efficient completion of tasks through effective planning.
Resource Coordination- Work closely with the Production Manager and Chief Revenue Officer to allocate resources wisely.
Partner Relationship Management: Prioritize partners' needs and objectives in all project activities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Quality Assurance and Delivery- Ensure all deliverables pass through internal Quality Assurance (QA) processes before presenting to partners. Collaborate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to maintain high-quality outputs.
Recaps and Commitments- Conduct regular recaps, confirming that Tribu is following through on commitments made to partners. Ensure that the scope of work is fulfilled as per each contract and proactively solve problems if deviations occur.
Data-Driven Decision Making- Utilize analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams.
Issue Identification and Prevention- Proactively notice project or account problems and work to prevent them. Implement processes to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Collaboration and Communication- Work effectively across departments to achieve common goals. Participate in team meetings, providing updates and insights on project progress.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, specifically Paymo.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
